New Book for Christmas. On 16th December, 2023, I published my memoir. My latest book is called, ‘The Confessions and Life Lessons of a Country Sports Photographer, and it shares my journey as a photographer. For more than two decades I worked as a self-employed photographer and writer focussed on countryside topics. Initially I worked on news stories and women’s interest features before finding my niche within country sports.
New book explores being in the right place at the right time, mostly
Photography is about being in the right place at the right time, and my new book shares some of my adventures behind the camera, some good, and some not so good. I share some of the insights in a video. I worked in the country sports industry when it was very male-dominated, and was often the only woman. There is a range of stories throughout the book, and many will entertain and make you smile. You’ll read how I developed my own way of dealing with bad behaviour.
