Game Fair book launch. On June 30th at 2pm, my 2023 edition of my book, ‘For the Love of Country Sports’ will be launched. It will take place at the GWCT Scottish Game Fair in the Listen to the Land Tent. The game fair location is Scone Palace just outside Perth, Scotland.
The Game Fair is the perfect event for a book launch
Each year, the Scottish Game Fair runs over 3 days. Plenty to see, do, eat, try, explore, listen and many show bargains to splash out on. It’s a great event to catch up with friends, far and wide! You’re always guaranteed to meet an old acquaintance or two! There plenty of produce on sale in the food hall. It’s a great showcase of Scotland’s larder. Moreover, if you want to shoot clays you can do so. You can either compete for prizes or have a go for the first time with experienced clay shooting instructors. Up and down the countless rows of stalls there’s much to see. You will find artists with a range of specialists subjects, crafts, clothing, hats and footwear. Additionally, all the shooting and countryside organisations will also be present and some gun shops.
Three day event and a book launch

It will be introduced by Lady Lucilla Noble from the Fearann Eilean Iarmain estate on the Isle of Skye. Followed by short talks from author Linda Mellor and a handful of book contributors.
